TradeKern is an analytics tool

TradeKern provides journaling, analytics, planning and performance-review tools. It does not provide investment, brokerage, tax, legal or financial advice, and it does not guarantee trading results, profitability, payouts or prop-firm outcomes.

Your account

• Keep your login details, private TradingView URLs, local-sync setup keys and integration credentials private.
• Use TradeKern only for accounts and data you are authorized to access.
• You are responsible for reviewing imported trades and analytics before relying on them.

Plans and availability

TradeKern Free is currently available with published usage limits. TradeKern Pro is listed as launching soon. Founder pricing shown before billing opens is an intended launch price and may be updated before a paid subscription is purchased.

Connections and third-party services

Third-party platforms, brokers, market-data providers and authentication services have their own terms, availability and technical limits. TradeKern cannot guarantee that an external provider will remain available or unchanged.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, access another user's workspace, abuse APIs or interfere with the service.
• Do not use TradeKern to store or transmit unlawful content or credentials you are not authorized to use.
• Do not represent TradeKern analytics as guaranteed trading outcomes.

Service changes

Features may be improved, replaced, limited or discontinued as the product evolves. We aim to preserve user data and provide reasonable notice when a material change affects normal use, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Limitation of responsibility

Trading involves risk. Decisions you make using TradeKern remain your responsibility. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TradeKern is provided without guarantees that analytics, imports, integrations or calculations will always be complete, error-free or suitable for a particular trading decision.
